Making video count for Scots firm.

The challenge

A Scottish manufacturer of count-by-weight solutions, Cashmaster enables clients across the world to streamline their cash management and improve customer service.

The business saw video as a promising channel promote its technology to potential new clients. However, it lacked the in-house skills to produce a professional film.

Our solution

We started by working with Cashmaster to understand their key messages and audiences. Then we carried out extensive storyboarding to ensure the video would present the business in the right way.

We filmed at the company’s Fife HQ, capturing the friendly and customer-oriented personality of the firm as well as its engineering technology credentials.

The result

Cashmaster is using the video in its entirety to win new business at trade shows, and deploying shorter segments to raise its profile on social media.
